There’s a piece of good news for Apple customers as the company is working on a new iPod touch. According to a report, the upcoming product will be similar to an iPhone 12 regarding design. It will feature square edges and an all-touch display without the Touch ID button.
Steve Moser, the MacRumors contributor has shared the information about the upcoming Apple’s product on Twitter. He gave details about “iPod touch 2021” by citing Apple Tomorrow and Alexander. The renders reveal that the upcoming device will feature an all-display screen like the iPhone 12. These renders might not come true about the design of the new device. The tipster didn’t report much information about it. We have to wait for more information from reliable sources. However, an upgraded design for the iPod touch is revealed by reports. We remember that we’ve seen a renewed iPod touch with the same design as the original in 2019. And the company made changes under the hood instead of design.
Moreover, the base variant of the coming product was released for ₹18,900 with 64GB storage. It features an A10 Fusion chipset designed by Apple and improves game performance. The chipset backs educational apps, web browsing, and Augmented Reality-based AR-based games too. The new design will also feature Group FaceTime. This feature will enable users to make video calls will several people at one time.
Apple has scheduled the launch of the new device later this fall.
