Google has recently rolled out an update; however, several Google Pixel smartphone users have been informed that their applications are crashing due to the recent Android 12 update. They further reported the touch response issue.
The company rolled out this recent Android OS update at the beginning of the week to give a better experience to users with Google’s latest Material You design language and numerous fundamental enhancements.
Several users took social media platforms to report these problems, including Google’s support forums as well as Twitter. Google Pixel smartphone users have claimed that as soon as they update their Pixel phones to Android 12, they start experiencing lag and other issues, including an unresponsive touchscreen.
It is being reported that these problems are not restricted to specific devices and have affected most of the latest Pixel phones, such as the Pixel 4a, Pixel 4a 5G, and Pixel 5. Apart from this, a couple of users further reported that applications are crashing, and the battery is also killing much faster than ever. However, the tech giant still has not recognized the seemingly occurring problems due to the Android 12 update.
The company rolled out the Android 12 update next to its Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro. Google’s most recent operating system provides the latest interface-level modifications using the Material You design language.
Apart from this, this Android 12 update further comes with new privacy-focused features, including the capability to share approximate location and the latest Privacy Dashboard to detail application permission settings.
