It is recently confirmed by Realme that it is likely to roll out its most premium flagship smartphone. Currently, the CEO of the tech giant has disclosed that the device is going named Realme GT 2 Pro. And the brand’s CEO has announced this using an official Twitter handle.
“GT 2 Pro – that’s how we are going to name our first and most premium flagship phone. Always feel great to deliver something new and exciting to users worldwide.”
However, the smartphone manufacturer still did not provide any details about the major features or specifications of the device. However, it has been verified through a tweet that the company’s flagship smartphone is going to be worth above $800.
Furthermore, the company has not yet disclosed whether the tech giant has any intentions to release the Realme GT 2 Pro in the market of India. However, according to the tipster Mukul Sharma, Realme’s most premium flagship device is going to launch in the country at the beginning of the next year.
The device is likely to provide a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC beneath the lid as the phone has already been spotted on AnTuTu benchmarking platform with the same chip. Also, the listing recommended that the device is going to run on Android 12 OS, which is going to be based on Realme UI 3.0. It has been claimed to provide a big display along with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Apart from this, the platform further suggested that the impending Realme GT 2 Pro could come with 12GB of LPDDRS RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. In case these leaks and rumored prove true, the device will come with a 6.51-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display. Furthermore, it will have an in-display fingerprint sensor also.
The Realme GT 2 Pro 5G will further likely feature a rear camera setup, which might include a 108MP primary sensor. The rumor also alleges that the setup could additionally include an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera along with a 5MP sensor. We further anticipated seeing a 32MP camera on the front for selfies. Also, Realme could provide support for 125W charging support with the impending Realme GT 2 Pro.
