Xiaomi will be launching a brand new phone under ‘independent’ Redmi brand this month. This is rumored to be called Redmi X and will feature a 48MP of a rear-facing camera. It was believed that this will be the 1st product of the year by Xiaomi but it is not the case, the company has launched Apple AirPods clone, Mi AirDots Pro and a new Bluetooth speaker in China.
Xiaomi Mi AirDots Pro is launched in China only and will go on sale on 11 January, it is not clear when these will available in other countries. These Mi AirDots Pro are launched at the price tag of 399 Yuan, and only available in one color variant for now – White.
Mi Bluetooth Headset Air or Mi AirDots Pro looks similar to Apple AirPods and comes with a white color case. Having compatibility with both Android and iOS devices, Xiaomi said that these are pairable with both smartphones and the tablets as well.

Moving towards the specifications, Mi AirDots Pro comes with a 7mm neodymium iron boron magnetic and titanium-plated diaphragm dynamic ring speaker unit. The great thing is that these earphones are paired with active noise cancellation which guarantees users to experience improved call and sound quality.
These in ear earphones are lightweight and can be carried anywhere, weighing 5.8 grams. More supports to these in-ear earphones include, an IPx4 water resistance, AAC Codes, touch controls on its body which let users to change songs as per the need and to take calls, these also invoke the voice assistant. This comes with USB Type-C port and supports Bluetooth v4.2, the interesting thing about these in ear earphones is that they turn off as soon as they are taken off the ear or kept on standby for about 30 minutes.
